HOSPITALITY & TOURISM MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION
Hospitality & Tourism Management Association
The purpose of this organization is to provide all RMU students with the opportunity to learn more about the hospitality and tourism industry as a career. The organization helps members to develop a stronger professional identity on campus and in the Pittsburgh area. Members will be able to exchange ideas and information through guest lectures, networking opportunities, and site visits.
The HATMA organization is heavily involved in outreach and community service. The organization assists the McDonald House each semester in providing services to families whose children are ill with cancer. The organization provides assistance to the Sisters of Poor food drives before Thanksgiving and Easter. The students volunteer for the Allegheny hospital fund drive each year. We look forward to all hospitality students' participation in HATMA activities.
