American Marketing Association

The American Marketing Association (AMA) is the world's largest and most comprehensive professional society of marketers, consisting of more than 45,000 worldwide members in 92 countries and 500 chapters throughout North America. Its purpose is to stimulate interest and encourage scholarship in the marketing curriculum. It also offers the opportunity to meet people involved in the marketing field. The AMA serves as a structure for marketing and marketing research programs. Students are also provided with the opportunity to attended national meetings and conventions. Robert Morris is a collegiate chapter of the national American Marketing Association.
