Psi Chi

Founded in 1929, Psi Chi is now one of the world’s largest and most successful honor societies with over 1,070 chapters at colleges and universities in the United States and Canada. The RMU chapter of Psi Chi was founded in Fall 2008. Seventeen members comprised the first class of inductees at the university.

Psi Chi strives to encourage, stimulate, and maintain excellence in scholarship, and to advance the science of psychology. In addition to recognizing academic achievement, college and university chapters sponsor programs and activities that complement academic coursework, provide practical experience, and fellowship for the membership.
