The Office of Residence Life is the unit within the Division of Student Life that is responsible for the on-campus housing and residence life programs at the University. The main office is located in Washington Residence Hall. Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. During the academic year, the office hours are extended until 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
Anne Lahoda is the Director of
Residence Life. She has worked at RMU in the Residence Life Office for 5 years
and enjoys getting to know RMU students. Anne has a strong enthusiasm for her
position and working with parents and families. Prior to RMU, Anne worked at

spending time with her husband, 4 children and family.
Ashley “AC” Haney is the
Assistant Director in the Office of Residence Life. She earned her M.S.Ed in Higher Education and
Counseling at Youngstown State University. Ashley also completed a
Certification in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and a
B.A. in Commercial Art from Thiel College.
Ashley joined the RMU
community in July 2011 as an Area Coordinator before becoming the Assistant
Director. Ashley has also worked professionally as a Resident Director at Thiel
College in Greenville, PA.
In her free time, Ashley
enjoys playing basketball, running, painting, watching movies, binge watching
shows, and spending time with her husband.
Jan is the Office Coordinator for the Residence Life
office. Prior to coming to RMU, Jan was a Program Manager Support for a
relocation company in Robinson Township.
Jan enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with her
family. In her free time she volunteers at her community food pantry, is a
board member for the West Allegheny Work camp and is a host home for young
adults involved in the Silver Ring Thing organization.
She and her husband live in Imperial, they have 3 children and 2
Lauren Speerhas is the Area Coordinator for Yorktown Hall and Hancock Hall. She earned her M.A. in Higher Education Administration from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, and her B.A. in Communication from the University of Mount Union in Alliance, Ohio. She is the current campus advisor for Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority, and oversees the School of Nursing and Health Sciences Living-Learning Community here at RMU.
Having been born and raised in Western PA, Lauren is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, and also enjoys supporting the Pirates and Penguins. In her free time she can be found running, reading, golfing, or spending time with family and friends.

Elizabeth "Liz " Holt
Elizabeth “Liz” Holt is an Area Coordinator at
Robert Morris University. She earned her MA in College Student Development and
Administration from Shepherd University and a BS in Music Education from York
College of Pennsylvania. Liz claims Mays Landing, NJ as her hometown but also
spent time in South Carolina, New York State, Michigan and West Virginia.
Prior to RMU, Liz worked at Shepherd
University from 2010 through 2011 for the Office of Financial Aid, Stevenson
University as a Hall Director from 2009 through 2010 and was a Graduate Hall
Director at Shepherd University from 2006-2008.
In her free time, Liz enjoys spending quality
time with her husband and two cats, crafting, reading, playing instruments,
playing video and table top board games, and attending comic book
Charles "Chuck" Forrester
“Chuck” Forrester is the Area Coordinator for Adams, Braddock, Hamilton, and
currently oversees the Honors Living Learning Community in Hamilton Hall and is
the Advisor for The RMU Residence Hall Association.
joining us at RMU, Charles earned his M.Ed. in Higher Education Management from
The University of Pittsburgh in 2014 and his B.A. in Social Policy and Justice
from Duquesne University in 2012. Charles grew up just twenty minutes from RMU
in his hometown of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania.

Sokolich is an Area Coordinator in the Office of Residence Life. He earned a
Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State
University in 2015. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Andy also completed a
Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University in 2013.
this is Andy's first full-time job, he served as a graduate assistant hall
director in Residence Life at Ohio State, fueling his love of the Buckeyes. As
a graduate student, Andy served as the Associate Director for Administration
and Finance for the Central Atlantic Affiliate of the National Association of
College and University Residence Halls (NACURH), working to advocate on behalf
of all residence hall students.
his free time, Andy enjoys reading, drinking coffee, knitting, rock climbing,
and watching Ohio State football.
Holly Nedley is an Area Coordinator in the Office of Residence Life. She earned her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University in 2015. Holly also completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Clarion University where she was a member of the Men & Women's Swimming and Diving Team.
Holly was a graduate intern at the University of Pittsburgh in the Career Development and Placement Assistance office while completing her degree. She also served as a graduate assistant at Chatham University in the Department of Athletics where she worked closely with the Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
In her free time Holly enjoys reading, swimming, yoga, exercising, trying new recipes, and spending time with friends and family.
Erin Hill is a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Residence Life. She earned her B.S.Ed in Social
Studies Education with an emphasis in Political Science from the
University of Georgia in May 2015. She moved to Pennsylvania to
pursue her M.Ed in Higher Education Management at the University of
her time exploring the Pittsburgh area, painting, and playing soccer.
Douglas Stouch is a Graduate
Assistant in the Office of Residence Life and is pursuing his M.Ed in Higher
Education Management at the University of Pittsburgh. He earned a B.S. in
Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Pitt.
also works as a Therapeutic Staff Support for children with behavioral
disorders and is an assistant coach for the Pitt Cheerleaders.
spends his free time reading, exercising, tossing the ol' pigskin, and watching
the Steelers and Pirates win.
