RMU-Lead Pre-Orientation Program
August 20-23, 2017

This experience is ideal for new RMU students looking to continue their track record of being a student leader. Our goal is that RMU-Lead participants start classes:

Comfortable with RMU’s campus and friendly student body;
Connected to dozens of RMU students, faculty, and staff;
Curious
about who you will become with an RMU education; and
Confident that you will learn & succeed at Robert Morris University.

The RMU-Lead program allows new freshmen and transfer students to arrive four days early on campus - including moving into their 2017-18 housing assignment four days early. Students explore campus with other new students, leave campus to grow through community service and a fun outdoor adventure program, as well as spend time being mentored by some of RMU's  best student leaders on campus. RMU-Lead is not for you if you plan to take it easy in your first semester or think college social life involves watching a lot of Netflix! This year's program is built around the social change model The Social Excellence Project  that inspires students to build leadership and make a difference by developing social relationships:

Check out this video to better understand the impact of Social Excellence on your RMU experience:
