Noon - 4 p.m. - Early Move-In for First-Year and Transfer Resident Students  -Residence Life Office                              

7 - 9 p.m. - Mixer for Early Arrival Students - Gazebo

8 a.m. – 1 p.m. - Move-In for First-Year and Transfer Resident Students/Campus Resource Fair  - UPMC Events Center
Get your campus ID, Parking Pass, and Meet professionals from all over the university! 

8 a.m. – 3 p.m. - International Student Orientation - Rise Theater, Scaife Hall

11 a.m. – 2 p.m. - Lunch on Your Own - Nicholson Center

RoMo’s Café and the Food Court offer a variety of menu items. 

Resident students can use their meal plan; Cash/debit/credit also accepted.

12:30 & 1:30 p.m. - Find Your Way…A Guided Tour of Campus - Departs Admissions Office Nicholson Center (3rd Floor)

                                College and Careers - Career and Professional Development Center Benjamin Rush                         

1 – 2 p.m. - Your Student Matters!   A special session for parents  - Hopwood Hall  Patrick Henry Center

1 - 1:30pm - Welcome Session for Commuters! - Massey Theatre

5 – 6:30 p.m. - New Student Dinner - Nicholson Center PNC Colonial Café
                        Join staff members from Student Life Meal tickets provided for commuter students.
