Multicultural Peer Mentor Program 

Multicultural Peer Mentors provide first-year students the tools necessary to succeed at RMU. The program provides every student who participates, a mentor who will take a genuine interest in their success at RMU.  First-year students will participate in a number of activities, workshops, and mentor meeting that will help them acclimate to the RMU community. First-Year student who participate in the program perform better academically, build strong support networks, and adjust well to life at RMU.
