ACHA National Championship in 2002. Joseph was named coach of the year in the WPCHA in 1997-1998. Following his initial tenure with RMU, Joseph served as the head coach of the NCAA Division III Chatham College women’s team from 2002-2003, and Baldwin High School boys team from 2005-
