Yoga


Yoga is a system of exercises practiced as part of the Hindu discipline to promote control of the body and mind. We offer both hot yoga and traditional yoga in the Jefferson 2nd floor group fitness room. For more information on Rachel's Hot Yoga classes, please like her Facebook page.
