RMU HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB
Student Membership Contract
Robert Morris University

Requirements for Membership
  1. You must be a current enrolled student, faculty, staff, alumni or employee family member to be a member at Robert Morris University.
  2. You must have a valid Freedom Card
  3. RMU HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB retains the right to revoke your membership if for any reason you do not abide by this contract.

Please Read the Following Before You Sign This Contract
This is a contract which becomes binding with your signature.
Before you sign this contract, read the contract completely and understand your obligation under it.
Member attests that he or she is in good physical condition and able to use the equipment provided and to participate in exercises and fitness programs made available by RMU HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB.
RMU HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB personnel have no expertise in diagnosing, examining or treating medical conditions of any kind or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on any medical condition.
Member fully understands and agrees that in participating in one or more of the fitness programs at RMU HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB, using the facilities maintained by RMU HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB, there is the possibility of accidental or other physical injury. Member agrees to assume the risk of such injury and further agrees to release RMU HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB and Robert Morris University from any and all liability on the part of RMU HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB and Robert Morris University, by either the member or third party, as the result of the use by the member of the facilities and instructions offered by RMU HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB. The RMU HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB shall not be liable for the loss or theft of, or damage to, the personal property of member.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

The member shall follow all of the rules and regulations of the facility which are incorporated into and expressly made a part of this contract as well as the hours of operation of the facility being used. These rules, regulations and hours of operation have been made available to all members and are posted in the facility. Your membership privileges may be revoked if you fail to follow the Rules and Regulations at all times.
Rules, regulations and hours of operation may change at any time and the member agrees to abide by such changes. RMU HEALTH AND FITNESS CLUB and Robert Morris University reserves the right, in the management and operation of the facilities, to add to, eliminate or alter any piece of equipment, furniture or fixtures when deemed necessary or desirable or if in our judgment is in the best interest of our members.
NOTE: Do not sign this agreement before you read it.
You are entitled to a completed signed copy of this agreement.
