SuperTracker - SuperTracker can help you plan, analyze, and track your diet and physical activity. Find out what and how much to eat; track foods, physical activities, and weight; and personalize with goal setting, virtual coaching, and journaling.
What's Cooking? USDA Mixing Bowl - The What's Cooking? USDA Mixing Bowl is an interactive tool to help with healthy meal planning, cooking, and grocery shopping. The site features a searchable database of thousands of healthy recipes, options to build a cookbook, print recipe cards, and share recipes via social media.
MyPlate Daily Checklist - The MyPlate Daily Checklist (formerly Daily Food Plan) shows your daily food group targets -- what and how much to eat within your calorie allowance. The Checklist is personalized for you, based on your age, sex, height, weight, and physical activity level. MyPlate Daily Checklists are available for everyone aged 2 and older.
BMI Calculator - Do you know if you are at a healthy weight, underweight, overweight, or obese? Enter your weight and height into the BMI (Body Mass Index) calculator to find out your current weight status.
Portion Distortion - Anyone eating on the run or at restaurants has probably noticed that food portions have gotten larger. To see if you know how today's portions compare to the portions available 20 years ago, quiz yourself on the Portion Distortion quizzes. You will also learn about the amount of physical activity required to burn off the extra calories provided by these larger portions.
