Are you ready to take on the RMU 100 Mile Challenge?

 Use this program to keep track of the distance you walk, run, jog or bike during the semester. Just download the spreadsheet and complete the mileage tracker over the spring semester.Once you reach your 100th mile, bring your calendar card to the Jefferson Health and Fitness Center to receive your official 100 Mile club t-shirt!
